  1. I love reading your posts. I feel like I’m getting a glimpse into life in America. Not the typical IG flashy, trendy posts of having nice stuff, and eating at nice cafes. Like, truly life in America. While I’ve always considered it in the past, what it would be like to actually live in America, these days, I’m perhaps a little more interested in temporary relocation if I ever find work opportunities that allow me to do that. Travel to one country a few weeks, another for a month or two, but never for too long. As I’ve experience in the past, those short relocation opportunities tend to work best for me. There long enough to appreciate the stay and place, but never too long to witness the ugliness underneath the surface

    1. Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment. I’m really glad the posts resonate with you and offer a more grounded glimpse into life here. I think your approach to short-term relocations is a great way to experience different cultures deeply without the long-term weight that sometimes comes with staying too long. Wishing you the best in finding opportunities that make that lifestyle possible!

      1. Thanks Matt. Well, in recent years, such opportunities haven’t been plentiful. But I genuinely like to believe that it is still possible to do that one day. It might just take a little time, or perhaps the right connection, right work opportunity.
